Jack is a Civil Rights Activist and Social Worker with a small office under his loft in downtown Phoenix. He went to college with Twitch, and frequents the Roller Derby with his friend Connor. He knows about Paige’s after hours vigilantism and helps from time to time, when her motives coincide with justice for the homeless. He knows Evelyn from her work at the rec center and her skateboarding competitions.

His father Tyr checks on him from time to time, to make sure he is still meting out justice for the worthy.

He has a small network of hobos in Phoenix that he consistently checks on. They consist of several veterans as well as just those who have gotten their lives back together thanks to Jack’s help. They playfully refer to themselves as “Bumzerkers,”

Jack has a small Tibetan monk bowl that his father gave him that he uses to empower his Followers. A small silver bag from his uncle allows him to give simple coins limited powers, like being able to teleport to the other side of doors, windows, or walls, or listen to a conversation on the other side of the room, etc. He has a black and red harmonica that when played, imbues his friends and allies with extra vigor for battle.

As long as the masses cry out for justice, Jack Parley has appointed himself a Hero for Justice.
